Hypnosis feels like a deep state of relaxation. It feels very similar to the feeling you get right before you fall asleep. In fact, humans move in and out of states of hypnosis all day long. Have you ever been driving and arrive at your destination without a conscious memory of driving there? That “zone” is a state of hypnosis. While in this deep zone, our conscious mind can relax and our subconscious mind, which is full of our deepest habits, can open. In this state, we can reprogram negative, destructive thought patterns into ones that serve us better.
In my sessions, I do a combination of coaching and hypnotherapy. I incorporate wellness coaching alongside the hypnotherapy because I have found that results are much better if you look holistically at the mind-body connection. Hypnotherapy won't work as well with a nutrient deficient diet, non-optimal sleep habits and a sedentary lifestyle. I want you to get the most bang for your buck. I am a goal-oriented practitioner and I see the best results when we can work together so you can create true and lasting change in your life.
